Privacy policy

Donnington Facilities Ltd (company 11231863), 89 C/D London Road, Morden, SM4 5HP.

We collect what you give us when you enquire: name, phone, address/postcode, and details of the job. The website may also record technical data (pages, device) through hosting and any forms.

We use it to quote, attend, invoice, and meet legal duties (including gas safety records). We do not sell your details. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists unless you have asked.

Lawful basis: your request for a quote or job, and our legal duties for gas work.

We keep job records as long as needed for the work, guarantees and the law.

You can ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it, by calling 07895 805551, WhatsApp on the same number, or email info@donningtonfacilities.co.uk.

This site is in the UK. UK GDPR and PECR apply to marketing. We will not send marketing emails unless you have consented, if we later add email.
